What is the process

We get down to process right after fixing the Service Agreement.
Your Personal Assistant contacts you for additional information to find out more about your personality.

In 5−7 days you receive first profiles of the candidates selected for you by the PA. The PA proposes you only the candidates who are interested to meet you based on your profile. So rejection cannot be expected from the candidate you choose.

After your first contact with the candidate your PA will ask you for a feedback in order to correct the matchmaking process for excellent result.

The number of the introductions depends on the program selected.
Meeting the Candidates: You can choose to meet all candidates online or meet the one you selected in your country.
Otherwise your PA select the candidates for you and arrange introductions during your visit to Moscow.
